We started in 2008 and have completed over 15000 EPCs. We have kept to being one of the cheapest around the area of Preston and Lancashire.


We are fully qualified and insured by Quidos. We are licenced the same as ALL energy assessors


Some others say they are cheaper but if you use their website and go to book one they are mostly a lot more money. Plus we have had to do EPCs for people who have paid online to one of these websites.


We only bill you upon our visit and the price is not inflated with hidden costs


A few are cheaper but are national companies and can not be flexible with appointments and do not know the local to the area.


ALL ESTATE AGENTS know of our business and 10 have actualy used GREEN PEA to do their own home. We have done many many EPCs for their clients over the years. Those who have just said politely we will go on the interent to look for a cheaper company.
